BELEZA RETURN POLICY
We accept refunds or exchanges for all our items within 30-days of purchase!
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition with hygiene seal remaining in place.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Beleza for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
All items included in the set can be return or exchanged separately.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at support@belezaswim.com using the same e-mail address you used to place your order.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Beleza cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Los Angeles, California, United States, which facilitate all of our orders.
We will provide you with the full address after we receive your return email request.
Items returned without an email request being sent to us will be considered invalid and will not be refunded.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return through email, we try our best to reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
After receiving your return please allow us 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to review your return and process the exchange or refund
Once a refund is initiated it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to arrive in your original method of payment.
For exchanges we will email you an invoice with the list of shipping options for you to choose from (including time of delivery and rates) and the new Item will be shipped within 12 hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment confirmation.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please take a picture and email us immediately at support@belezaswim.com
